This package can extract and compact files in a ZIP or RAR archive.

It can take the path of an archive file in ZIP or RAR formats and extract the files that it contains into a given directory.

If the destinantion directory does not exist, the package can create it.

The package can also create a new ZIP or RAR archive from files of a given directory.
