Our platform powers automated conversations across SMS, email, voice, and more — enabling small businesses to scale without losing their personal touch. What You’ll Do - Develop, maintain, and optimize our Laravel-based backend applications. - Work with queues (Beanstalkd, Redis, Supervisor) to manage large-scale workloads. - Build and integrate APIs (internal + 3rd-party like CRMs, messaging platforms, payment systems). - Write clean, efficient, and testable code following modern PHP best practices. - Collaborate with our AI and frontend teams to deliver new features. - Troubleshoot production issues and optimize for performance and scalability. What We’re Looking For - Strong experience with PHP 8+ and Laravel (5+ years preferred). - Experience with queues (Beanstalkd, Redis, Supervisor, Horizon). - Solid knowledge of MySQL (indexes, performance optimization, migrations). - Experience with RESTful APIs, webhooks, and integrations. - Familiarity with Vue.js or modern frontend frameworks (bonus). - Comfortable with Git, Docker, and Linux servers. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Self-starter who thrives in a remote, collaborative environment. Nice-to-Haves - Experience with CRM integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.). - Background in AI/ML-driven applications. - Experience scaling high-concurrency systems. - Familiarity with telephony (Twilio, Plivo) or messaging APIs.
