well, i'm running a temp server that is windows based and i'm finding it hard to follow the installation instructions of festival.
can you take me in steps to how i might go about installing festival on my server?
Win XP SP2, 2gig ram, 160gig HDD, 3.2GHz P4, Apache 1.3, PHP 5.1
